Architect as Developer is an annual conference hosted by Harvard Real Estate Club and Harvard Graduate School of Design. By integrating the design and the development aspects of project delivery, the architect-as-developer business model allows the architect greater control in the project delivery process, resulting often in projects that are not only financially successful but beautifully designed as well.
This year’s event on February 6, 2019 will focus on the nexus of architecture, development, and social equity.
