Real Estate and the Built Environment ‘19
President, Real Estate Development Club
Before attending the Real Estate program at Harvard, Varzan worked as a management consultant at Ernst & Young. He was part of the consulting team that focused on advising foreign private equity firms that were looking to invest in India. The team fit in as a bridge between EY’s advisory and transactions businesses: focusing primarily on commercial diligences for real estate investments – direct developments and loan portfolios. He also worked as an advisor with real estate private equity firms that were improving their portfolio companies in India.
At Harvard, Varzan gears his education towards real estate finance and development. Furthermore, he is currently serving on the Harvard University Student Advisory Committee as the representative for Real Estate and is a board member representative to the Harvard Student Real Estate Consortium. He is also the President of the Harvard Real Estate Development Club.
Varzan holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York.
